Services Description
Ludlow Cleaning Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Residential (home) cleaning — standard and deep cleans
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Move-out and move-in cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) cleaning
- Senior living facility cleaning
We currently serve the following areas in California:
- El Dorado Hills
- Folsom
- Cameron Park
- Roseville
- Rancho Cordova
Booking and Scheduling
Clients can request services by submitting our online contact form, calling (916) 279-0224, or emailing hello@cleanwithludlow.com. All bookings are confirmed by Ludlow Cleaning Co. upon review of the request.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at our sole discretion, including for reasons of safety, access limitations, or service incompatibility.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation or lockout fee.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided on a per-service basis via quote or published rates on our website. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice for new bookings.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to a late fee or suspension of future services.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and support our cleaning team.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by service type.

Program Name
Ludlow Cleaning Co. SMS Notifications
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Ludlow Cleaning Co. related to your cleaning service, including appointment confirmations, service updates, follow-up communications, and post-service review requests.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive approximately 1–5 messages per service appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Supported Carriers
Messages are supported by all major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ludlow Cleaning Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in El Dorado County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
